Deanship of Faculty Commends Faculty Members for Their Efforts During Summer Semester

Doctor Nourhan Salama, Dean of Faculty Affairs at the Islamic University of Minnesota, main campus, expressed her sincere gratitude and appreciation to faculty members for their "excellent and outstanding efforts and their meticulous follow-up during the summer semester through delivering lectures and preparing and grading exams." This was stated in a post on the faculty members' WhatsApp group on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

Dr. Nourhan stated, "Words fail to express my gratitude," and urged faculty members and department heads to "continue fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted to us all," emphasizing the importance of their efforts in ensuring the educational process runs smoothly. She indicated that the task at hand is to "distribute the schedules for the first semester, which will begin, God willing, after the Eid al-Adha holiday."

She further requested, "We urge you to engage in completing the study schedule for the first semester," explaining her urgent request by saying, "This is due to our administration's system for monitoring the educational process with the colleges and departments."

It is noteworthy that the university has witnessed early preparations for the upcoming first semester, particularly in distributing course materials to faculty members and selecting suitable times for them, alongside the efforts made by the Educational Rooms and Registrations Unit led by Engineer Mohammed Abdeljawad.
