Approval of PhD Plan to Study Corporate Governance Theory Under Saudi Law

At the end of the seminar session held to discuss the research plan prepared by Saudi researcher Adel Rasheed Ali Al-Maliki, the seminar committee announced the approval of the plan titled "Corporate Governance Theory Under Saudi Law - A Comparative Legal Study." This plan is part of the researcher’s efforts to obtain a PhD from the Department of Law at the Faculty of Sharia and Law.

The seminar session was held at 9:00 PM Mecca time on Saturday, May 10, 2025, under the supervision of the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota, main campus. The discussion committee consisted of Associate Professor Dr. Mohammed Shuaib Abdulmaqsoud, head of the Department of Law, along with Dr. Jamal Al-Othman and Dr. Waleed Al-Touni.
