The HRM Department is committed to building and developing students’ scientific capacities by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective workplace engagement and achieving organizational goals. Our well-designed curriculum meets the demands of local, regional, and international labor markets and equips students with the ability to apply contemporary HRM theories and practices using advanced information technology.
We emphasize decision-making, problem-solving, and work environment analysis, enabling our graduates to add tangible value to the organizations they serve.
Our department offers academic programs at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels, with a continuously updated curriculum in line with labor market needs and global academic developments.
