Vision
The Islamic University of Minnesota - the main center seeks to establish networks for international cooperation; To light the way towards adding international dimensions to help each of the professors, scholars, researchers and community service activities in order to put the university in a distinguished global position.
Mission
The main task of the Department of Foreign Relations and International Cooperation at the Islamic University of Minnesota - the main center is to establish and strengthen cooperation links with international universities and institutes; To pave the way towards new learning and training opportunities, in order to produce qualified students, professors and researchers who are capable of innovation and competition in various fields.
Objectives
- Encouraging the concept and culture of international cooperation: This goal is concerned with spreading and encouraging the concept and culture of international cooperation among faculty members, researchers, students, and university employees.
- Building distinguished partnerships: This goal is concerned with striving to find distinguished partnerships of scientific feasibility in order to serve the strategic goals of the university.
- Developing effective partnerships with the international community: This goal is concerned with contributing to the work of international agreements between the university and prestigious international universities and research institutions.
- Developing knowledge exchange: This goal is concerned with supporting the exchange of scientific and research visits between university faculty members and international universities and research institutions.
- Enhancing the role of international cooperation in supporting the educational process: This goal is concerned with supporting students to exchange visits with international university students to participate in scientific activities and training programs.
