Participation Fees
- Researchers (In-Person): $1000 (In the case of a joint paper, the number of researchers must not exceed two.) An amount of $700 is paid upon submission, and the remaining balance is paid after obtaining the visa.
- Researchers (Online): $350
- Postgraduate Students:
- PhD and Master’s (In-Person): $750
An amount of $500 is paid upon submission, and the remaining balance is paid after obtaining the visa.
- PhD and Master’s (Online): $250
Preferential Fees
For faculty members of the Islamic University of Minnesota and Applied Science Private University, in addition to postgraduate students.
Details of Preferential Fees:
Faculty members of both universities:
- In-Person Participation: $750 — $500 is paid upon submission.
- Postgraduate students in both universities: $500 — $300 is paid upon submission.
- Online Participation (Remote): $100.
- Participation fees for online / remote attendees cover, Registration fee – Certificate issuance – Publication of the research in a peer-reviewed journal.
- For participants from within the United States of America: $250, covering registration, certificate issuance, conference kit, hospitality, and publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
In-person participation fees cover the following:
- Registration costs
- Academic materials
- Participation certificates
- Daily meals
- Hotel accommodation during the conference days
- Social activities
- Airport pickup for participants
Important Notes on Fees and Accommodation
- Conference fees do not include travel tickets.
- The organizing body is not responsible for obtaining the visa or its rejection, but it assists by issuing the required sequential supporting documents.
- The organizing body bears no legal responsibility regarding accommodation rules and regulations within the United States of America.
