Controls and criteria for participation in conferences
Controls and criteria for participation in conferences if held A successful scientific conference should be studied, for each stage very carefully, and it goes through stages with specific goals and objectives, and has means to achieve them, and it is carried out by certain committees with clearly defining their tasks that prevent default or overlap, which are:
- The pre-conference stage to determine the goals and planning required for its success
- Implementation phase
- Post-conference phase to invest in its results
We seek to adopt certain conditions in our university to achieve a qualitative global scientific transfer of our conferences and market our research in accordance with international standards, which effectively contributes to improving the sequence of our universities in international rankings.
International Conference:
It is the conference that meets the standards The following:

- It has h-index in Scopus and Clarivate rankings of at least three.
- It is possible to seek the assistance of at least one person for each research, who are non-academic experts and specialists in the field of research to be evaluated, noting that the names of the evaluators are not published on the conference website.
9- That every research accepted at the conference has an Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number, documented in the Crossref database.
