Posting Process and Procedures

1. Research, studies and all attachments should be sent to the journal's email:  mag@ium.edu.so. 
2. An electronic copy of the research shall be sent in both formats: (DOC+PDF). 
3. The first page must contain the title of the research in the research language and in English, then the name of the researcher, his academic status, the institution to which he belongs, his phone number, and his e-mail, in both Arabic and English. 
4. The researcher shall attach an abstract in the language of the research, the words of which do not exceed (200) words, with the keywords followed, and another copy of the summary and the keywords in English. 
5. The researcher shall attach a brief CV and a personal photograph, including the researcher's address in detail, and phone numbers, in order to facilitate communication with the researcher when necessary. 
6. The research is received with the previous attachments, then it is examined for a preliminary examination to see if it conforms to the publishing specifications and controls. If there is a need for modification, the research is repeated via email to the researcher to be modified according to the notes attached to the research within a week. 
7. If the researcher makes the amendments, it is sent to the mail, then it is confirmed, and then the research is sent for final arbitration by those with jurisdiction within a time not exceeding two weeks. 
8. After the arbitration process, the researcher is notified of the editorial board's decision, either by acceptance or rejection, while preserving not giving reasons in case of rejection.
