Prelude to the conference
Artificial intelligence appeared in the mid-fifties, coinciding with the development of what was later known as the computer. The ENIAC device was manufactured, and it is the first fully electronic computer that was preceded by some different technical precursors, the basis of which is the idea of building a device that provides it with data so that it can process it accurately and in the shortest possible time. It should be noted that achieving this was the largest invention known to mankind at the time
Originally, the purpose was to simulate the different cognitive foundations that make up intelligence, whether human or animal, on computers, by programming them using information processing techniques.
Over time, artificial intelligence has enabled since 2010, with the massive increase in the storage capacity of processors, and the acceleration of flows between computers within the network, which added strength in its computational speed, without forgetting to reduce its cost. Artificial intelligence technologies have occupied an increasing position in our societies, and so it has become necessary Admittedly, making it possible to process the vast amounts of information produced is both comforting and worrisome, in that it mimics so many human cognitive faculties, that some people worry and wonder what humans will have left, what they can do, and how far the output will go. ? .... In order to answer this, it is necessary first to define the terminological meanings covered by the concept of artificial intelligence in addition to several cognitive, ethical and religious aspects.
The main problem, from which the idea of the conference emerged, is the immediate necessity of theses that must be dealt with through legal jurisprudence and according to the Islamic perspective with regard to some terms coming from the north that produces ideas towards the south that consumes them. The most important of which is what is being circulated in public as well as private circles of news of what is known as Artificial Super Intelligence or Artificial General Intelligence (ASI/AGI).
The outputs were numerous, and the followers who were tired under the oppression of consumption were impressed by their results. It was necessary for the elite within the universities and their laboratories to make their point, and to intensify efforts to examine the issue in every objective scientific spirit and from all aspects of jurisprudence in order to secure the bad consequences and side effects.
It was necessary for the two universities, within the framework of their general specialization, to contribute to scientific research in accordance with the legal and calm scientific perspective, in proportion to the religious and moral heritage.
