The Monitoring Unit was established in December 2023 and directly linked to the University's Vice Chancellor. The unit specializes in enhancing the efficiency of administrative work according to modern administrative concepts to achieve excellence, innovation, and quality. The administration carries out monitoring procedures and investigations in various sectors of the university to ensure the safety of work, good performance, and focuses on monitoring reports and achievements to identify areas of weakness and cases of non-compliance with duties or task completion. It ensures compliance with established systems, regulations, and procedures, monitors the regularity of employees' attendance, and provides any suggestions that contribute to improving workflow.
