Academic Advising
- Introducing the new student to the rules and regulations in force at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, especially the regulations for study and examinations.
- Distributing leaflets and informative boards related to the study and examination systems and following up on their publication.
- Providing advice to students who need it regarding their academic schedules in terms of registering courses, giving some precedent to others, arranging the schedule, and so on.
- Guiding students who are failing academically, identifying the reasons for this, helping them to avoid them, and guiding them to what contributes to raising their scientific level.
- Taking care of the academically outstanding students, and guiding them to what helps them to continue to excel.
- Taking care of students who have received scholarships from the University Council, identifying their problems, helping them to solve them, and directing them to what achieves their continuation of study and their excellence in it.
- Receiving students and answering their questions and inquiries.
