Administration Departments
The Department of Student Affairs for postgraduate studies includes four main departments, where all these departments work in harmony and integration to provide the best educational services for postgraduate students. The Department of Trustees is considered one of the largest departments at this stage, as each postgraduate department has a department secretary and an assistant secretary. The Department of Postgraduate Studies was also able to establish a Division of Assistants, with five assistants available in each department according to the academic courses.

- Postgraduate Departments Secretaries.
- Assistant Secretaries.
- Follow-up Department.
- Archiving and Data Collection Department.
- Academic Advising Department.
- Media Publishing Department.
