What is my document service?
It is a service provided to students of the main center of the university whose data are registered on the official website of the university (www.ium.edu.so). This service enable all students to follow up on the progress of their document through the academic system portal and the stages of its authentication via a number that allows them to do so, knowing the exact date of arrival of their documents.
Submitting a graduation application
Every student (regular - affiliation - distance education) must submit a graduation application at the end of the last semester at the university. The student must specify the method of receiving the document, either by express mail or by receiving it from the headquarters of the Deanship of Admission and Registration. Then, student requests are sent electronically to the academic advisors, in order to match his study plan with the plan of the department and major that the student is studying at the university.
