About the administration

An overview of the administration:

The Legal Affairs Administration was established at the Islamic University of Minnesota as one of the pillars of the university's organizational structure. It ensures the integrity of procedures, decisions, and contracts between the Islamic University of Minnesota and governmental and private educational institutions. Additionally, it ensures the discipline and continuity of work in a proper administrative and legal manner that contributes to maintaining a stable educational environment, helping the university achieve its mission.

The Legal Affairs Administration collaborates with all faculties, departments, and colleges of the university regarding legal and administrative aspects. The Legal Affairs Administration is considered the strong barrier within the university that prevents any illegal transgressions, allowing its flag to remain fluttering at the global level.

The Legal Affairs Administration consists of several units: the Investigations Unit, the Complaints and Grievances Unit, the Legal Consultations Unit, the Contracts Unit, the Litigation Unit, and the Legal Monitoring and Oversight Unit.
