- The goals of the administration are to reach the required model and the desired leadership in all the university's work and activities.
- All the university's work must be in accordance with the rules and regulations, and within the framework of their proper application.
- Drafting university contracts in a systematic and correct manner, in a manner that achieves the goal of their conclusion and the desired fruit, and in a manner that preserves the university's full and undiminished rights.
- The internal regulations of the university must be in line with the regulations, and characterized by the desired spirit of justice, achieving a balance between rights and duties to create an optimal environment for work.
- Making legal publications that clarify the rules and regulations so that the university's work and decisions are in conformity with the rules and regulations.
- The Legal Department seeks to conform the administrative decisions - issued by the various university units - to the systems and regulations and to warn of any violations of these systems and regulations that may occur in these decisions.
- Providing legal advice requested by the various departments to ensure that its legal opinion is a correct interpretation and proper application of the spirit and texts of the laws and regulations, as well as within the framework of its endeavor to reduce judicial disputes.
- Formatting an integrated legal library full of leading books, references and legal research.
