  • Procedures for transferring students from inside and outside the college, in coordination with the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
  • Procedures for approving the names of deprived students who exceeded the specified percentage and removing them from the records of final exams in those subjects.
  • Procedures for requests for waiver, deletion, and apology for the semester.
  • Procedures for requesting equivalencies and re-registration.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the progress of the study during the semester.
  • Create and follow up a database of graduates.
  • Measuring the level of satisfaction of graduates and the institutions in which they work, and surveying the opinions of graduates and beneficiaries.
  • Documenting the mechanisms of communication with graduates and relevant institutions.
  • Contribute to preparing graduates for the labor market; By raising their efficiency and refining their skills through a set of distinguished training programmes.
  • Inform the graduates of what is new in the academic and research aspects within the college.
  • Strengthening the relationship with graduates to benefit from their expertise in developing academic, research and training plans.
  • Measuring the attitudes of business owners towards university graduates, and seeking to open the fields of the labor market for graduates.
