Registration Department
- Study the plans developed by the concerned colleges and departments and express the Deanship's observations on them from the technical and academic aspects and send these observations to the Curricula and Plans Unit.
- Updating study plans and courses on the computer after approval.
- Updating departments and majors on the computer after being approved by the competent authorities.
- Following-up and updating plans and set controls and restrictions for them to ensure the registration process in accordance with the requirements of the colleges, whether for courses or levels.
- Sending copies of schedules and plans to colleges for modification.
- Following up the colleges on updating study schedules, extracting error reports, notifying the colleges about them, and developing appropriate solutions to address these errors.
- Coordinating with the university faculties to carry out the final maintenance of the study schedules in preparation for the final registration.
- Deleting the trial recording from the database.
- Preparing final exam schedules and exam conflict lists for male and female students, and coordinating with colleges regarding handling such conflict.
- Registration of visiting students from outside the university.
- Cancellation of the material in which the number of registered persons is less than the limit allowed to open the material.
- Preparing the proposed academic calendar for the next year.
- Printing the official academic record for graduates, regulars and discontinued students, and collect fees for that.
- Reprint the document (modified - lost - damaged) and collect the related fees.
- Issuance of (PhD - Fellowship - Master's) documents after the approval of the University Council to grant the degree.
- Handing over wall certificates (Bachelor - Master - PhD) to graduates.
- Amending the names of all students of scientific degrees in Arabic according to the "National Identity" and in English according to the "Passport".
- Responding to external inquiries regarding the validity of graduate data in university records.
- Contributing to the preparation of the alumni guide each year.
- Contributing to preparing for the graduation ceremony and preparing lists of graduates, expected and honors degrees.
- Attestation of copies of the graduation document.
- Preparing the two graduation notes for the numbers expected to graduate to be awarded the degree by the University Council and the actual graduates to inform the Council (Bachelor's, Higher Diploma, Diploma, Associate).
- Distributing graduation documents and academic records to graduates at the end of each semester in cooperation with the deanship departments
