The Deanship of Admissions and Registration is one of the most important pivotal pillars at the Islamic University of Minnesota, the main center. It forms the link between the university and society, and between colleges, faculty members and students. Through it, the student’s university life begins and continues with him by following him academically until he graduates from the university to contribute to building the nation in a way that He acquired knowledge and skills during his university studies.
From this standpoint, the deanship aspires to excellence in the admission and registration processes by adhering to the best standards in providing all its services and striving to attract the best male and female students and achieving transparency and justice among them during their university career to contribute effectively to achieving the vision of the Kingdom and the university towards global leadership and excellence in building a knowledge society.
The role of the deanship does not stop only in implementing the admission and registration processes, but it also bears the awareness aspect, as the deanship’s website contains sufficient information about the university, its colleges, specializations, and admission conditions, while informing the student of the necessary systems and regulations that he needs during his academic career, such as the study system, tests, and the timetable. And rewards and more. The Deanship also provides data and statistics related to students to the relevant departments of the university with the aim of developing the university’s services and serving its employees and graduates.
During the past years, the Deanship has witnessed remarkable developments in accelerating and improving admission and registration procedures resulting from keeping up with modern technical developments that help speed up and improve the work mechanism, complete tasks, simplify procedures, and shift towards an electronic work environment in accordance with the directives of the wise leadership to shift to implementing the concept of digital government.
The deanship works effectively with the electronic admission program to contribute to facilitating the admission processes and increasing their effectiveness in a way that helps in making the most of the available university seats. It also activates the role of the electronic academic system during the student’s academic study, which includes the automated registration system, the academic follow-up system, monitoring results, graduating students, and clearing...
