About the Deanship

Overview

We are pleased and pleased to welcome you to the website of the Deanship of Faculty Members Affairs. 

The Deanship of Faculty Affairs is aware of the size of the responsibility entrusted to it, as it is responsible for completing and following up all administrative procedures for the university's faculty members. From this standpoint, the Deanship seeks to develop the services provided to them, and to ensure the facilitation of work procedures and the implementation of administrative decisions to keep pace with the development approach witnessed by all university departments.

The deanship is also keen to advance the level of knowledge and skills by attracting the best competencies and qualifying them by proposing the necessary plans and programs, while working to provide an appropriate and ideal work environment for faculty members that helps in enhancing their job satisfaction.

We hope, with Allah's help, that the deanship will contribute to achieving the aspirations of the university through the development of administrative work and the provision of distinguished services.

• Building necessary policies, plans and programs for the development of university employees and approving them for continuous updating, in line with modern and advanced trends in its field.
• Achieving comprehensive quality standards and the requirements of private institutional accreditation.
• Promoting cooperation, participation and integration with all units within the university and related sectors outside it, which contributed to the development of work mechanisms and upgrading it to the best.
