We welcome you to the official page of the Deanship of Faculty Affairs, one of the most important supporting deanships at the main center of the Islamic University of Minnesota.
The importance of the deanship lies in the fact that it is responsible for paying attention to the most important human element, which represents the main focus of the educational process at the university, which is the faculty member.
At the Deanship, we seek to contribute to advancing the level of knowledge, academics, and skills by attracting the best scientific talents while working to provide a suitable and ideal work environment for the faculty member that helps enhance his job satisfaction. In addition to being actively present by providing opinions, suggestions, and consultations to the deanships and other administrative units within the university.
