Study Schedules Department

1) Department schedules, which contain the following:

1.  Communicate with the Curriculum Unit and obtain the names of the lectures for each department.
2.  Communicate with the heads of departments and set the dates of lectures and lecturers, provided that the final approval of the appointments is from the audio rooms unit, based on what is available in the rooms. 
3. Distributing lectures on time to halls to create educational rooms. 
4. Create study schedules for each department and send them to the secretary of each department.

2) Daily schedules, including the following:

 Creating daily schedules for publication; as the daily schedules show:

1. The dates and minutes of each subject. 
2. Compensatory lectures and their duration after completion and approval by the Department of Virtual Rooms.
3.  The number of the hall in which the lecture is located, to be a reference to know the location of the lecture and which room.
4. These tables are reliable for uploading audio recordings in the recordings section.
