Recordings Department

1) Audio recordings and attendance lists, which include the following:

  1. Downloading the daily recordings and attendance for lectures based on the daily schedules, and uploading them to a telegram channel for the secretaries. The file is in MP3 format for the audio recordings, and the attendance file is in CSV format, as this format opens on the MS EXCEL program.
  2. The recordings are uploaded and the name of the lecture is pasted, preceded by the number of the week in which the lecture took place (when there is a compensatory lecture in the same week, a compensatory lecture is written).
  3. The audio lectures are downloaded in m4a format, with a larger size than usual in the audio files, as the size of the hourly lecture ranges between 60MB to 89MB, and this is a large size for audio files.
  4. The audio file format is converted to MP3 in order to:
    • Reducing the size, as the size after the reduction ranges from 10 MB to 20 MB or slightly more.
    •  The files are compatible with some devices that do not support m4a files.
  5. The recordings are uploaded to the Telegram channel to make it easier for the trustees to access them and also because Telegram is an excellent platform for saving files (it works as a cloud).
  6. Upload meeting and attendance recordings upon request.

2) Video recordings, which include the following:

  • Uploading the required video lectures - in the same way as downloading audio recordings - and uploading these videos to a YouTube channel (they do not appear to the public, but only to those who have the link) and upload the links on Telegram to the trustees' channel on the same audio lecture post for easy access.
  • Download the required video discussions and seminars and upload them to YouTube.
  • Download video courses and upload them to YouTube.

3) Sections indexes, including the following:

  • Processing departments indexes with the names of subjects for each stage separately.
  • After completing the lecture recordings, the Catalogs Department provides links to the lectures under the name of each lecture in the department's index and the stage in which the lecture is located.
  • The aim of the indexes is to facilitate access to the lectures.
