The world is gradually turning to digitization, which is the era of converting all matters of life into electronic ones, or at least the electronic component is greatly involved in these matters in a way that makes all sciences move towards this type of science, and since the media field is a sensitive field for any change that may occur in societies, it is considered one of The first receptor for this change, and in most cases, change and development stem from the media field, as it is the tool for announcing development and the tool for direct broadcasting of every scientific achievement that appears on the ground. In the current era, the Internet, computers, and smart phones occupy the throne of important sciences of global interest, and the world has turned to following news and communication. This is what continues between them and other media outlets through the Internet and smart phones, so what is called digital media has appeared. The goal here is not only social media such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc., but everything that can reach people electronically, and it was necessary for media scholars to study the new media. Digital media and training their students and researchers on it so that the student can catch up with the technological development in his field in a competitive and effective manner. This is what we all strive in the Digital Media Department to achieve, and with God’s grace and help, we can help our students break into the digital labor market with confidence, ability, and ability to challenge.
