Dr. Nabeela Saleh Mohamed Masoud

Head of Department's Speech

Praise be to Allah who has honored us to be the best nation and blessed us with knowledge, making its paths easy for us. I ask Him to complete His blessings upon us. Among His great blessings is the dissemination of knowledge and benefiting from its sources. Praise be to Allah who has honored us with working under the leadership of a prestigious university and an esteemed academic institution whose leaders aim to spread knowledge in its various fields and employ all available resources to benefit students and serve the Islamic community with its diverse cultures, keeping pace with scientific and practical advancements worldwide.

Out of the concern of our university leaders to support all ideas and proposals and to address the shortage in the labor market's need for specialized and qualified personnel in Early Childhood Education programs, the Department of Early Childhood Education was established. This department is affiliated with the College of Educational Sciences at the Islamic University of Minnesota, the main center, with the blessing of Professor Dr. Walid Al-Menesi, may Allah preserve him, and the encouragement and follow-up of Dr. Omar Ahmed Al-Maqrami, may Allah preserve him.

I have endeavored to the best of my ability to prepare plans and programs that keep pace with global and regional universities.

With Allah lies the path.
