It is my honor, as the Head of the Special Education Department, to welcome you to this academic platform, which embodies our department’s commitment to promoting inclusive education and enhancing the quality of services offered to learners with diverse educational needs. Our department continues to play a leading role in preparing professionals who can effectively contribute to the advancement of educational practices and support systems within the broader educational community.

Guided by our aspiration for excellence, we strive to prepare highly qualified specialists equipped with the academic, professional, and research competencies needed to foster inclusive education and enhance the quality of services provided to children with special educational needs and their families at both local and regional levels.
