- Operating and developing the technical systems and applications of the main center, manage them and ensure their maintenance in order to improve the workflow and complete the tasks to the fullest.
- Providing technical assistance and support services to all organizational units.
- Managing technical systems networks in the main center and ensuring their maintenance.
- Operating and developing smart and electronic service systems for the main center and ensuring their maintenance.
- Developing and activating electronic systems that ensure the preservation and protection of information confidentiality.
- Determining the needs of the main center in all its departments and organizational units in terms of programs and technical systems and work on developing and integrating them with the systems of the main center.
- Providing technical support and technical support on systems, technical applications, courses, and events.
- Operating and developing the academic system portal to serve the employees of the main center.
- Building an integrated information base that contributes to providing the necessary information to the academic, educational and administrative bodies in the main center.
- Holding training courses for the university's employees, including faculty members, students and administrators, on the use of the site's systems.
