Eng. Al-Mu'tasem Faez Al-Maqrami

General Manager of the Center

Tasks:

  1. General supervision of the progress of scientific and training activities and events within the university.
  2. Distribution of tasks and roles within the center.
  3. Participation in the preparation of plans, projects, programs, and diplomas.
  4. Collaboration and coordination between colleges and units within and outside the university.
  5. Approval of meetings and issuance of official correspondence and directives as necessary.
  6. Scientific and training networking with relevant institutions in the community.
  7. Hosting scholars, lecturers, and trainers from outside the university who have expertise to benefit from their experiences.
  8. Supervision of electronic archiving of the center's work.
  9. Management of the Training Center platform and social media accounts.
  10. Communication with lecturers and trainers, and establishing connections with them.
  11. Monitoring the organizational and administrative aspects of scientific, training, and developmental events.
  12. Monitoring the implementation of scientific, training, and developmental events that serve the needs of the university and the community.

Dr. Fatima Jumah Al-Wahsh

Technical Manager of The Center

Tasks:

  1. Participating in the preparation of plans, projects, programs, and diplomas.
  2. Developing plans and visions for collaboration and coordination between colleges and units within and outside the university. 
  3. Hosting competent scholars, lecturers, and trainers from outside the university to benefit from their experiences.
  4. Participating in the delivery and management of scientific and training activities.
  5. Preparing preliminary components for conceptualizing ideas.
  6. Explaining and presenting ideas fully to the General Manager and the implementation team.

Mr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Hamati

Secretary of the Center

Tasks:

First: Reports and Meetings

  1. Contributing to the preparation of detailed reports on center activities (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  2. Preparing comprehensive reports with event statistics for publication.
  3. Preparing reports on executed events and registration links.
  4. Preparing meeting agendas in coordination with relevant parties in the training center.
  5. Booking and arranging appointments related to the center's work in general and meetings in particular.
  6. Preparing meeting minutes and submitting them to the general supervisor.
  7. Submitting plans and reports from center departments to the general supervisor.

Second: Technical Preparations

Monitoring logistical preparations for activities with relevant parties within the university, including:

a. Reserving the audiovisual room for the event.

b. Submitting the content template to the designer.

c. Integrating the advertising design with the content and preparing it for publication.

d. Submitting a brief report on the progress of the event and the number of participants.

e. Preparing the event registration link for publication.

f. Contributing to monitoring the audience and responding to their inquiries.

Third: Documentation and Official Correspondence

  1. Documenting electronic events.
  2. Documenting and indexing information related to center events and administrative transactions.
  3. Archiving official correspondence (outgoing and incoming) in the center.
