Preparation and Execution Unit

Tasks of the Preparation and Execution Unit:

  1. Providing an initial overview of various activities that meet the needs of the university and the community.
  2. Reviewing and evaluating plans, programs, and scientific and training courses offered by the center's units.
  3. Developing assessment models, including evaluating trainers and content.
  4. Designing and implementing training courses according to a schedule.
  5. Developing visions and plans for partnerships with relevant institutions in accordance with university regulations.
  6. Approving the scientific and training content within the center.
  7. Developing policies for the training center in line with the university's vision and goals.
  8. Contributing to the development of visions related to scientific and training activities in the colleges and university units.
  9. Granting certificates for scientific and training events.
  10. Reporting and monitoring the implementation of marketing plans in the center.
  11. Supervising official channels on social media and the online platform of the center.
  12. Developing the online platform for the Training and Development Center on the university website..

Quality and Development Unit

Tasks of the Quality and Development Unit in the center:

  1. Studying the university community and identifying areas of weakness, and reporting them to the center's management.
  2. Evaluating curricula and making proposals for scientific courses to enhance them.
  3. Identifying the necessary skills for the development of teaching and learning.
  4. Working on enhancing the skills of the faculty members.
  5. Studying the administrative staff of the university and proposing training activities to improve overall efficiency.
  6. Supporting aspects of scientific research in the university through courses and events at the international level.

Development and Training Unit

Tasks of the Development and Training Unit:

  1. The unit provides various activities, including scientific lectures, scientific and training courses, workshops, projects, and development programs.
  2. Diversifying the fields of activities (training, skills, practical, scientific) in line with the university's goals and keeping up with advancements.
  3. Planning activities that focus on developing and enhancing specialized capabilities for specific groups.
  4. Planning comprehensive training and scientific programs and activities that serve the needs of the university and the community.
  5. Participation in center activities is open to all interested individuals.
  6. Providing diverse activities plans, some of which are free while others are fee-based.
  7. Providing the management with training materials and resources for the activities.
  8. Issuing periodic reports (monthly) on the effectiveness of the proposed plans to the center's management.
