Quality Control Process

  1. Planning: Developing policies, procedures and annual plans to ensure quality.
  2.  Implementation: Implementation of quality policies and procedures in the university, colleges and units.
  3.  Analysis: Using quality data and information to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. 
  4. Development: developing and applying improvement plans based on performance analysis. 
  5. Establishment of a comprehensive quality management system and its guarantee and academic accreditation in the university and academic departments.
  6.  Providing the requirements for the establishment and success of the quality and academic accreditation system in the university.
  7.  Preparing strategic plans to improve quality.
  8.  Preparing periodic reports on quality status.
  9.  Improving the image of performance and for the administrative staff.
  10.  Preparing a system for comprehensive and continuous evaluation of the performance of each department in all responsible tasks About its completion.
  11.  Completing self-evaluation studies for the university periodically to identify strengths, weaknesses and areas of required improvement.

Development and quality policy

  1. The development and quality policy is a basic requirement of the ISO requirements. 
  2. The quality policy must be communicated to all faculty members, employees and administrators.
  3. The text of policy should be clear and brief.
