Self-evaluation

The self-evaluation process is one of the most important procedures that take place within the process of reviewing and evaluating the academic program. It includes the educational institution itself evaluating the academic program, which includes a detailed analysis of each axis of quality. It is considered a reference document that the external evaluation team relies on during its visit to the university because it provides a general framework. To evaluate the quality of academic programs according to scientific and objective bases by discussing each of the previous axes, where strengths and weaknesses are shown and addressed and solutions developed to address them, by designing and drafting questionnaires to measure the knowledge and satisfaction of stakeholders (students, faculty members, employees, the local community, employers) about the quality in the university and the survey of the stakeholders, and the collection and analysis of information.

When preparing the report, transparency and accuracy in the information received, analysis, drawing conclusions based on facts, provision of supporting evidence, and distancing from the constructive narrative are taken into consideration.
