Scientific Seminar Discusses Impact of Digital Transformation on Professional Identity
The Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Islamic University of Minnesota - Main Center, in cooperation with the College of Computer Science and Information Technology and the Department of Information Systems, organized a scientific seminar on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, held virtually to discuss the research proposal entitled: “The Impact of Digital Transformation on the Professional Identity of Faculty Members in Jordanian Private Universities - A Field Study.”
PhD candidate Nayef Mohammed Bakhit Al-Batoush presented an overview of his research plan, highlighting the main themes of the study and the implications of digital transformation on academic practices. The proposal was reviewed by a specialized academic committee chaired by Dr. Saleh Masaad, with the participation of several faculty members, who provided valuable scholarly feedback and recommendations to further strengthen the study.
This seminar comes as part of the Deanship’s ongoing efforts to support scientific research and enhance the quality of academic outcomes.
