Mission

Investing in human and administrative resources to provide excellent services to all university employees, and to provide an appropriate environment based on justice and equality according to the highest levels of quality in order to achieve the highest levels of job satisfaction.

Vision

Pioneering the provision of administrative services and the provision of a suitable job environment for all university employees, through the enormous capabilities available to the Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs of trained human competencies and those with practical experience.

Goals

  • Working to provide the best services and facilitate procedures, through the employment of the best human competencies in various categories and levels of approved standards.
  •  Contributing to increase the job satisfaction by improving levels and developing job skills for all university employees. 
  • Seeking to strengthen the bonds of social relations among the university employees. 
  • Achieving the highest levels of effectiveness for university employees other than faculty members, by enabling individuals to achieve their accomplishments in the tasks entrusted to them successfully, through: motivating individuals, evaluating performance fairly and transparently, developing their capabilities and skills, and helping them reach the desired distinguished performance. 
  • Contributing to provide a suitable work environment for faculty members and employees, so that they can devote most of their time and harness all their capabilities in order to perform their work and job tasks in an optimal manner, leading to creativity.

Duties of the Vice Rectorate

The Vice Rectorate for Academic Affairs performs many tasks, all centered within the framework of full compliance with the rules, regulations, and instructions issued by the Islamic University of Minnesota, as well as full coordination and cooperation with all government facilities as directed by the university administration. Accordingly, the Vice Rectorate spares no effort but exerted it in order to provide its services to beneficiaries from outside the university, such as announcing vacancies according to the rules and regulations, and assisting everyone in completing their job procedures, as well as the full application of the university's financial systems in disbursing the dues of all university employees. .
