Congratulations Meeting for Faculty Members

Doctor Heba Tawfiq Abu Ayada, Head of the Educational Administration Department at the College of Educational Sciences at the Islamic University of Minnesota, held a meeting for faculty members on Thursday, November 7, 2024, to celebrate the end of the first academic semester.

Dr. Heba opened the meeting by thanking the faculty members for their efforts during the first semester, highlighting the importance of their work in providing excellent educational services to students. She also received a link to the certified appreciation certificates from the university administration from the Administrative Affairs Officer, Dr. Nourhan Salama, and presented the certificates one by one, praising each member’s accomplishments.

During the meeting, faculty members were given the opportunity to share their thoughts on the evaluation of the first semester. Everyone expressed their gratitude to the university administration, the dean of the college, the head of the department, the administrative affairs team, and the department secretaries for their efforts in supporting the educational process.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Heba reiterated her thanks to the faculty members and especially commended Dr. Nourhan Salama for her contributions, emphasizing the importance of her role in enhancing the academic work environment.
