Scientific Committee Approves Research Plan Al-Idrisi

A scientific committee from the College of Educational Sciences has approved the research plan prepared by researcher Mohammed Al-Idrisi to study the effectiveness of a training program aimed at developing psychological resilience among employees in leadership positions within institutions. This study is part of the requirements for obtaining a PhD in Educational Psychology.

The plan was approved following its discussion in a seminar session organized under the supervision of the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota, which took place on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 7 PM Mecca time.

The discussion committee consisted of Dr. Anas Nawafleh, Head of the Educational Psychology Department, along with members Dr. Bayan Araida, Dr. Ali Dwaheda, Dr. Omar Al-Laboun, Dr. Fadia Rezq, and Dr. Mohammed Ali Ta'meneh.

The program aims to enhance psychological resilience skills among leaders, contributing to improved institutional performance and workplace environment.
