Meeting of Head of Educational Administration Department with Faculty Members

Makkah, May 31, 2025 – Dr. Heba Abu Ayadah, Head of the Educational Administration Department at the College of Educational Sciences at the Islamic University of Minnesota, held an official meeting with faculty members on Saturday evening, May 31, 2025, attended by Dr. Noorhan Ibrahim, representative of the college administration.

The meeting aimed to welcome Ms. Ikram Al-Qushti to the faculty and to honor the academics assigned to teach courses for the summer semester of 2025. Dr. Heba Abu Ayadah opened the meeting with a welcoming speech, expressing her happiness at Ms. Al-Qushti's joining and appreciating Dr. Noorhan Ibrahim's presence, commending everyone's role in supporting the educational process.

During the meeting, certificates of appreciation were presented to the honorees: Dr. Abdul Salam Hatamleh, Dr. Amani Al-Khatlan, and Dr. Tahani Benat, the Deputy Head of the Department.

For her part, Dr. Noorhan Ibrahim expressed her gratitude to the department head and all faculty members, praising their academic efforts during the summer semester and encouraging the continuation of this distinguished contribution.

At the end of the meeting, attendees were given the opportunity to share their observations and suggestions in an atmosphere of positive cooperation and team spirit.
