Researcher Haya Al-Aklabi Awarded Doctorate

MINNESOTA, USA – August 6, 2025 – The College of Educational Sciences at the Islamic University of Minnesota has awarded a Doctorate in Educational Administration to researcher Haya Farzan Ali Al-Aklabi, following the public defense of her dissertation titled, "A Proposed Guide for Developing Artificial Intelligence Skills Among Public School Principals in Bisha Governorate, Saudi Arabia, Based on the Six Sigma Strategy."

The defense session was held on the evening of Tuesday, August 5, 2025, under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the university.

The examination committee consisted of Assistant Professor Dr. Heba Tawfiq Abuayadah (Supervisor and Rapporteur), Assistant Professor Dr. Abdulsalam Al-Hatamleh (Internal Examiner), and Dr. Aya Dhaifallah Al-Mawmeni (External Examiner).

The committee praised the importance and novelty of the study, as it provides a practical framework for applying artificial intelligence strategies to develop school leadership, aligning with modern global trends in the education sector.
