Seminar Committee Approves PhD Research Plan on Educational Leadership

A seminar committee at the Islamic University of Minnesota (IUM) has granted final approval to the research plan submitted by Sudanese researcher Mona Al-Mahi Ali Mohamed. The approval came during a scholarly session chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Hiba Tawfiq Abu Eyadah, Head of the Department of Educational Administration. The plan aims to prepare a specialized doctoral study focused on analyzing effective educational leadership styles and their impact on enhancing productivity in Sudanese schools in the city of Riyadh.

The seminar session was held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 9:00 PM Makkah time, under the supervision of the university's Deanship of Graduate Studies. Participating in the committee's proceedings alongside the chair were Dr. Ibrahim Al-Bahar, Dr. Najla Saleh, Dr. Lamia Al-Khalayleh, and Dr. Abdulsalam Al-Hatamleh, who provided their scholarly observations on the research plan before it was formally approved.
