Seminar committee Approves PhD Proposal on Transformational Leadership's Impact on Educational Administration in Chad

MINNESOTA – The seminar committee of the Department of Educational Administration at the College of Educational Sciences, Islamic University of Minnesota (Main Center), has approved the PhD research proposal submitted by Chadian researcher Malek Mohammed Malek. The proposal is titled, "The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Educational Administrative Performance in the State of Chad."

The approval followed a scholarly discussion session held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies at the university. The study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership styles on improving and developing administrative performance within educational institutions in the Republic of Chad, as part of the researcher's pursuit of a doctoral degree.

The seminar session was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Heba Tawfiq Abu-Ayadeh, Head of the Department of Educational Administration. The committee also included Dr. Ibrahim Al-Bahar, Dr. Najla Saleh, Dr. Lamia Al-Khalayleh, and Dr. Abdulsalam Al-Hatamleh as members.

The committee praised the significance of the topic chosen by the researcher, considering it a valuable addition to specialized studies in the field of educational administration. They also provided a set of recommendations and observations to enrich the research and deepen its methodological and practical aspects.
