Launch of Documentation Service for Faculty Participation in Conferences and Seminars

Under the slogan "Through Documentation We Develop and Elevate," the Conferences and Seminars Administration at the Islamic University of Minnesota has launched a new service to document faculty members' participation in conferences and seminars. This service includes the issuance of an official document (memo) bearing the administration's seal and the signature of its director, Dr. Imad Ahmed Al-Khatib. The document is titled "Blessing and Documentation" and includes a copy of the certified participation certificate received by the faculty member from the organizing body.

Dr. Imad Al-Khatib confirmed that these documents will be uploaded to the Conferences and Seminars Management platform on the university's official website, aiming to enhance benefit and increase the university's presence on digital platforms, emphasizing the importance of rewarding every diligent effort.

Dr. Al-Khatib pointed out that any faculty member wishing to document their participation in a conference or seminar must complete two steps: request participation in the conference and obtain the participation certificate.
