Al-Khateeb Appointed Director of Conferences and Scientific Seminars Unit

The Deputy of Minnesota Islamic University and Head of the Main Center, Dr. Omar Ahmed Al-Maqrami, has issued a decision to appoint Dr. Imad Ali Al-Khateeb as the Director of the Conferences and Scientific Seminars Unit, succeeding Dr. Hanan Mukhtar.

Dr. Imad Ali Saleem Ahmed Al-Khateeb was born in 1972 and earned his PhD from Yarmouk University in 2001, in addition to holding a Master's degree in Arabic Language Arts from the same university in 1996, and a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language Arts in 1993.

Dr. Al-Khateeb has several scientific publications, including the book "The Symbolic Image in the Poetry of Khalid Saud Al-Zaid: A Semiotic Semantic Study," the book "The Discourse of the Poetic Image as a Linguistic Address: An Applied Study of the Poem 'The Blind Prostitute' by Badr Shakir Al-Sayyab," the book "Semiotics of the Argument of Heritage Indicators Linguistically: This is My Path and My Days of Ahmed Namir Al-Khateeb as a Model," and the book "The Name of God Between Precedence and Delay in the Holy Quran: A Study in Linguistic Miraculousness."

In terms of academic and research experience, Dr. Al-Khateeb has worked in several academic institutions, serving as a professor at Minnesota Islamic University, a president at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital University in Jordan, acting dean at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation in Jordan, a publishing and editing officer at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group in Jordan, and an associate professor at King Saud University in Saudi Arabia and the World Islamic Sciences University in Jordan.

In response to the congratulations he received, Dr. Al-Khateeb said: "I thank you for your kind words and feelings. We all complement each other and complete our circle. May God assist us all in raising our university's name in international rankings in research and knowledge, and together we will succeed."

Deputy of the university, Dr. Al-Maqrami, expressed gratitude to the former director, Dr. Hanan Mukhtar, and congratulated the new director, Dr. Al-Khateeb, in a post stating: "I extend my sincere thanks and deep appreciation to the esteemed Dr. Hanan, who has made significant and distinguished efforts starting with external relations, conferences, and other scientific and research activities. We ask God for success for Dr. Imad Al-Khateeb in his upcoming duties."

It is noteworthy that Dr. Hanan received an official certificate of appreciation from the university administration for her achievements and efforts in establishing the foundations of work in the Department of External Relations and the Conferences and Seminars Unit.
