Dawah Center Concludes Its "Minbar of Knowledge and Guidance" Program
MINNESOTA, USA - November 11, 2025 - The Dawah Center, in collaboration with the College of Islamic Studies at the Islamic University of Minnesota (Main Center), has successfully concluded its Dawah program, "The Minbar of the Dawah Center and College of Islamic Studies for Knowledge and Guidance." The program concluded with a final lecture titled "The Issue of a Woman Marrying Herself Without a Guardian (Wali)," presented by Dr. Manal Mustafa, Director of the Center, on Monday evening.
Held under the theme "Knowledge that Guides Hearts... and Guidance that Enlightens Minds," the program featured a series of 22 scholarly lectures delivered by a distinguished group of the college's faculty members, covering various fields of Islamic sciences. The final lecture, broadcast via Zoom, attracted wide participation and interaction from university students and interested individuals from around the world.
In a statement, Dr. Manal Mustafa affirmed that the program's success reflects the combined efforts of the college's departments and the center's team, with support from the university administration. She noted that the center will continue to offer purposeful programs that blend authentic Islamic scholarship with a contemporary vision, fulfilling the university's mission to spread knowledge and build an aware Muslim identity.
