Research Plan Approved for Researcher Ibrahim Basharat

Following a seminar session chaired by Dr. Yousef Mohammed Bani Younis, Dean of the College of Development Studies, the research plan prepared by researcher Ibrahim Mohammed Marzouq Basharat from the Department of Disaster and Strategic Risk Management was approved. The study will focus on a "case" regarding "Syria" under the topic "Development and Reconstruction in Post-Conflict Countries: A Foresight Perspective," as part of his efforts to earn a PhD from the College of Development Studies.
The seminar session took place under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Islamic University of Minnesota, main center, on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 9:00 PM Mecca time. The committee, in addition to its chair, included Dr. Musab Habib Al-Hashimi as the academic advisor, Dr. Riham Arshid Sami Naseer, and Dr. Omar Hussein Bouchaala.
