Abdulrahman Sallad Achieves Master's Degree

Abdulrahman Noor Sallad has successfully obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration after defending his thesis titled "The Role of Material and Psychological Incentives in Achieving Employee Job Satisfaction: An Applied Study on Salam Somali Bank" in a public session.

The examination committee, formed by the Graduate Studies Department at the Islamic University of Minnesota - Main Center, consisted of Dr. Mohammed Fathi Hassan, faculty member at the Islamic University of Minnesota - Main Center, serving as the supervisor, Professor Dr. Sherine Mamoun, Dean of the College of Economics and Business Administration at the Islamic University of Minnesota - Main Center, serving as the internal examiner, and Dr. Mohammed Younis, a professor at the National Institute of Administrative Studies in Egypt, serving as the external examiner.

The session, which was conducted via the Zoom application, took place in the Business Administration Department of the College of Economics and Business Administration on Friday, January 26, 2024, at 9:00 PM Mecca time.
