Examination Committee Awards PhD to Yemeni Researcher Amani Al-Shateri

Following the public defense session for the doctoral dissertation titled "The Impact of Financial Analysis Indicators on the Financial Performance Evaluation of Companies - A Case Study of Companies Listed in the Saudi Financial Market (Energy Sector) for the Period 2019-2023," the examination committee decided to award the academic degree to Yemeni researcher Amani Abubakr Hussein Al-Shateri.
The session was held in person at the meeting hall of the Charity Association for Health Promotion in Al-Salama District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 4:00 PM Mecca time, under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the main campus of the Islamic University of Minnesota, Department of Accounting, College of Economics and Business.
The examination committee consisted of Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Hussein Shihab Al-Din, Head of the Accounting Department at the Islamic University of Minnesota, serving as the chair; Associate Professor Dr. Omar Al-Sar Al-Hassan Mohammed, faculty member at the Islamic University of Minnesota, serving as the supervisor and rapporteur; Associate Professor Dr. Sherin Mamoun, Dean of the College of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Minnesota, serving as the internal examiner; and Associate Professor Dr. Fath Al-Rahman Al-Hassan from Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah, serving as the external examiner.
