Discussion Committee Approves Research Plan of Researcher Hussein Al-Duraihem

The discussion committee, chaired by Dr. Mohammed Younis, Head of the Department of Business Administration at the College of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Minnesota, has approved the research plan prepared by researcher Hussein Mohammed Ali Al-Duraihem as part of his efforts to obtain a PhD in Business Administration.

The seminar session was held on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 9:00 PM Mecca time. According to the approved plan, the researcher intends to conduct a study on "The Impact of Human Resource Management Practices on the Performance of Administrative Employees in Saudi Sports Clubs."

It is noteworthy that the discussion committee is composed, in addition to its chair, of Dr. Marwan Al-Abbas as an academic advisor, Dr. Khalid Basreeda, and Dr. Dina Khattab.
