Graduate School Holds Seminar to Discuss Doctoral Research Proposal
The Graduate School at the Islamic University of Minnesota - Main Center, in collaboration with the Department of Business Administration, College of Economics and Business Administration, held a virtual seminar on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, to discuss a doctoral research proposal titled: "Personal Strategic Planning and Its Importance for Improving Quality of Life - A Theoretical Analytical Study.”
The researcher, Sanaa Abdulaziz Al-Tamimi, presented a comprehensive and detailed overview of the study’s objectives and methodology. The proposed research aims to enrich academic literature by exploring the relationship between an individual’s personal strategic planning and its impact on enhancing the quality of life, within a rigorous theoretical and analytical framework.
The seminar was attended by a distinguished panel of academic experts, who undertook the task of evaluating the research proposal and providing constructive feedback and scholarly guidance. The committee was chaired by Dr. Manal Mohammed Mahmoud, Head of the Department of Business Administration, with Dr. Mohammed Younes Hamida, Dr. Marwan Al-Abbas, and Dr. Khaled Basreeda serving as members.
The seminar commenced at 9:00 PM Mecca time via the Zoom platform, featuring active and constructive interaction between the researcher and the committee members, who offered valuable recommendations to strengthen the theoretical and methodological framework of the study. This reflects the Graduate School’s commitment to supporting scientific research and enhancing the quality of academic outputs.
