Graduate Studies Deanship Organizes Scientific Seminar on Research Plan Addressing Artificial Intelligence and Customer Behavior

The Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Islamic University of Minnesota (Main Center), represented by the College of Economics and Business Administration - Department of Business Administration, organized a scientific seminar on Thursday evening, December 4, 2025, via the Zoom platform, to discuss the research plan entitled “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence Techniques on Analyzing Customer Behavior: Telecommunications Networks as an Applied Model.”

The research plan was presented by researcher Mohammed Abdulatif Hafez, a PhD candidate, who outlined the general framework of the study and highlighted its scientific and practical significance. He addressed the role of artificial intelligence technologies in analyzing customer behavior and their impact on supporting marketing decision-making and enhancing the efficiency of telecommunications institutions.

The discussion was conducted by a specialized academic committee comprising a distinguished group of scholars, chaired by Dr. Manal Mahmoud, Head of the Department of Business Administration, with the membership of Dr. Seham Ahmed Mohamed Khater, Dr. Mohamed Fathi Mohamed, and Dr. Mohamed Khaled Abu Al-Qasim. The committee members provided academic feedback and methodological guidance aimed at enriching and developing the research.

The seminar witnessed productive academic interaction and constructive discussions, reflecting the participants’ interest in the research topic and its relevance to keeping pace with contemporary digital transformations.
