Administrative Affairs Director Holds a Meeting with the Unit Team

Dr. Norhan Salama, Director of the Administrative Affairs Unit for Colleges at the Islamic University of Minnesota, held a meeting with the unit team on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 10 PM Saudi Arabian time.
During the meeting, Dr. Norhan Salama thanked the team members for their efforts in connecting their colleges with the various departments within the university, as well as providing previous and new files. She appreciated their important role in following up on the affairs of their colleges, monitoring the deans of colleges and departments, and their constant presence to solve the problems faced by students and refer them to the competent authorities.
Dr. Salama also praised the role of the Administrative Affairs team in following up on archiving and updating the database, following up on faculty members since their entry into the college, and preparing instructions related to faculty inquiries, especially during the exam period, in addition to providing technical support within the college groups.
In the same context, Dr. Salama indicated that the Administrative Affairs team followed up on compensating the requests for make-up lectures before the exams, and they played an important role in the arrival of the exams to the Control Unit and following up on the amendments to the exam schedules, in addition to placing the schedules in separate folders to facilitate access to them.
At the end of the meeting, the date for submitting the monthly report and the monthly college achievement file was confirmed.
The meeting was attended by the Administrative Affairs officials of the various university colleges.
