Five Contestants Win in "Creators for the University" Competition
The Islamic University of Minnesota, main center, announced the results of the "Creators for the University" competition, which launched on Saturday, September 21, 2024, and ran until November 30, 2024.
According to the announcement from the media center, student Siham Hashem Ahmed Sheik from the Business Administration Department in the College of Economics and Business won first place in the editing category. Meanwhile, student Sana Shukri Haroun from the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Department secured second place in the same field. Third place went to student Naseem Najib Hamoud Al-Qadri from the Business Administration Department, while graduate Kamal Al-Rubai from the College of Media took fourth place.
In the design category, student Asil Mohammed Banekhr from the Economics and Business Administration Department was the sole winner.
According to the announcement, the first-place winner in the video category received a prize of $70, while the second-place winner earned $50, and the third-place winner received $40. The fourth-place winner also received $40, while the design winner was awarded $50.
