Graduation Ceremony for Master's Graduating Class

The Islamic University of Minnesota, Main Center, held an in-person graduation ceremony for a group of master's graduates on Monday, Ramadan 17, 1446 AH, corresponding to March 17, 2025, in Kuwait City. The ceremony was attended by the Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Osama Abdulrahman Awaf, and Dr. Abu Bakr Al-Sayed Mahmoud Abdullah Al-Kurdi, a professor of Tafsir and Quranic Sciences at the university.

The ceremony featured various segments, including a speech by Dr. Osama Abdulrahman Awaf, who congratulated the graduates on behalf of the university administration, expressing pride in their achievements. Dr. Zainab Basyouni, the Deputy Vice President of the university, also expressed her gratitude in a post on the faculty WhatsApp group to Dr. Osama and Dr. Abu Bakr for their distinguished presence and active participation in the graduation ceremony.

Additionally, the university administration coordinated with the relevant authorities in Kuwait to select a suitable venue for the event and facilitate the necessary arrangements.

It is noteworthy that the number of graduates celebrated at the ceremony was 28 students from the Colleges of Educational Sciences, Islamic Studies, and Arts and Humanities.
