Training Course on Islamic Translation

Under the supervision of Dr. Manal Mustafa, the Dawah Center at the Islamic University of Minnesota is organizing a training course titled "Islamic Translation: Main Challenges and Proposed Solutions." The course will be delivered by Dr. Ibrahim Salem, Assistant Professor of English Language and Literature and a certified international trainer, and will be managed by Dr. Siham Abdulbaqi, Associate Professor and Secretary of the Center.
The course will be conducted in both Arabic and English, targeting all university students and interested individuals, over a period of two weeks. It includes four lectures and an exam, with each lecture held from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM Mecca time. The lectures are scheduled for Sunday, May 4, Thursday, May 8, Sunday, May 11, and Thursday, May 15, with the exam taking place on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
According to a source at the Dawah Center, this course features professional trainers and offers a certificate accredited by a prestigious American university, along with intensive practical application and diverse training methods. The fees are very nominal, and the course is suitable for all ages and levels, preparing participants for higher-level courses. Additionally, the course materials will be shared for free at the end.
